INTRODUCTION
As of April 2025, the ISO 37001:2025 standard has been officially published, introducing several key updates to the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS). These changes include the integration of climate change considerations, enhanced focus on conflicts of interest, and a more defined role for the anti-bribery function.
KIWACERT ACADEMY have updated ISO 37001 Lead Auditor courses to reflect these revisions, that covers the differences between ISO 37001:2016 and ISO 37001:2025, including the new subclauses on climate change and the updated responsibilities of the anti-bribery function.

Dr. Kenny Chan Teik Ken
Dr. Kenny is the Managing Director of KIWACERT and a Certified ESG Professional (CFI, USA) with over 30 years of experience in auditing and training. He has trained more than 5,000 professionals in globally recognized programmes, including IRCA, PECB, and Exemplar Global certifications. A registered chemist (IKM) and holder of a Diploma in Sustainable Development (Germany), Dr. Kenny is also a certified Lead Auditor with both IRCA and Exemplar Global. He believes lifelong learning is key to thriving in today’s fast-changing ESG landscape.
