•  Preparations for conducting an internal audit and participation as an effective audit team member.
•  Using the QSA & checklist preparation
•  Establishing a baseline for current performance of the quality system Identify gaps in the system and opportunities for continuous improvement

Day 2

•  Conducting an opening meeting
•  Live Audit
•  Preparing for and conducting an audit close-out meeting
•  Write & present non-conformances
•  Documenting and tracking internal audit follow-up actions
•  How to use internal audits to achieve and maintain IATF 16949 registration.
•  Case- study
