INTRODUCTION

Mr. Irvin Teh Fook Wai
Mr. Irvin Teh is an IRCA-certified Lead Auditor and HRDC Accredited Trainer with over 20 years of experience in auditing, training, and management systems. He has conducted audits and training across multiple standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, and ISO 27001, for organisations in manufacturing, engineering, and IT services. A Certified OHS Coordinator and experienced Lean Six Sigma practitioner, Mr. Irvin has also held leadership roles in Shell Malaysia and AVK Valves Manufacturing, driving quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives. He believes that practical, hands-on learning is the foundation for building resilient organisations.
