More than 30 years experience in auditing and training and had trained more than 5000+ trainees in various programs including CQI/IRCA Lead Auditor, PECB Lead Auditor/implementor as well as Exemplar Global program. Also , an 3rd party auditor for various schemes.
He holds 2 doctorate degrees, 5 master's degrees, 2 bachelor's degrees, and various diplomas and certificates. Dr. Kenny believes continuous learning is the minimum requirement for success.

INTRODUCTION
The Certified ESG & Sustainability Practitioner (CESP) programme is designed to provide professionals with a comprehensive understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and their critical role in sustainable business practices. As ESG factors become increasingly vital to corporate success and risk management, this programme equips participants with the skills and knowledge to implement effective ESG strategies, ensuring alignment with globally recognized ISO standards related to sustainability.
Course Objectives
The objective of the Certified ESG & Sustainability Practitioner Programme (CESP) is to provide participants with a strong foundation in ESG and sustainability practices, enabling them to:
- Understand key ESG concepts, principles, and global frameworks (GRI, TCFD, ISSB, SDGs)
- Apply ESG strategies in business operations and decision-making
- Conduct materiality assessments and engage stakeholders effectively
- Navigate ESG disclosure and reporting requirements with confidence
- Contribute to the development of sustainable, responsible, and resilient organizations

Dr. Kenny Chan Teik Ken
Dr. Kenny is the Managing Director of KIWACERT and a Certified ESG Professional (CFI, USA) with over 30 years of experience in auditing and training. He has trained more than 5,000 professionals in globally recognized programmes, including IRCA, PECB, and Exemplar Global certifications. A registered chemist (IKM) and holder of a Diploma in Sustainable Development (Germany), Dr. Kenny is also a certified Lead Auditor with both IRCA and Exemplar Global. He believes lifelong learning is key to thriving in today’s fast-changing ESG landscape.

Mr. Teo Kah Chin
Mr. Teo Kah Chin (KC Teo) is the Principal Consultant at VeriSustain MyESG Solutions, specializing in ESG and sustainability advisory for PLCs and MSMEs. He provides strategic guidance on global frameworks including Bursa Malaysia, GRI, SASB, CSRD, and UNSDGs. KC is a registered lead associate auditor with SIRIM QAS and has led ESG audits across various sectors. He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and is certified as both an Environmental and Quality Systems Auditor (IEMA & IRCA, UK). KC is also a Fellow of the Institute of Quality Malaysia and an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer.

Ivan Look Chun Tat is a sustainability professional and Programme Leader at TAR UMT, with expertise in corporate governance and ESG. He holds certifications such as CESGA®, CEP®, ESG-A, and is an Exemplar Global Certified ESG Lead Auditor as well as a BSI Certified Greenhouse Gas Practitioner. With a blend of academic and practical experience, Ivan prepares professionals and students to meet the growing demands of the ESG landscape.
